CAD/CAM Engineering

Before any tool is built, before any machining begins, Webster Engineering perfects your prototype part. We have the most current technologies which allows us to respond to prototype needs both in time and quality. Our software packages import AutoCAD, Catia, Unigraphics, STEP, Parasolids, IGES files, or, with reverse engineering, we can work from an existing part.

To produce your part we translate the CAD data, using CAM programs such as MasterCAM to generate tool paths for CNC machining. Our project team, consisting of highly qualified manufacturing engineers along with skilled machinists, toolmakers and assembly technicians, put innovative theories into manufacturing practices, and practical experience into building the very best prototypes the first time every time.
